Getting to work before it is light and leaving after it is dark during winter months can lead to serious mental health problems,a charity (慈善机构)has warned.Working without daily(41)

The warning found that three in ten adults(43)
before sunrise during the winter months and return home from work after(44)

to natural light at all while at work.
