We say YES to others because we want to make them satisfied．But sometimes we have to say NO to others．How can you say NO？ 
    Stick （坚持） to your plan．If you have your goals，this gives you a reason to stick to your plan．For example，if someone asks you to buy a new car，you can say，"Thanks，but I already have a car，so you don't need to give me some information about cars．"
