              BEIJING-About 53.3% of one-child families do not want a second child，according to a study by the All-China Women's Federation（ACWF），Thursday．The study asked 10，000families with children under 15years old in 10provinces，including Zhejiang and Liaoning．
              Why do the families not want a second child？One reason for most parents to think about is public services，including kindergartens and schools，buses，hospitals，the study said．
