One of the secrets of successful people is that they have good habits. The good habits help them to be successful.

What are good habits? How can you get into good habits? Here is some advice for you.

First, everyone has his merits (优点). You should always look for the good in people and learn from them.

Second, you should try to learn new things and skills every day. Reading a few pages of a book or a newspaper every day may help you.

Third, start the day the right way. When you get up in the morning, look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself today you must keep your good habits.

I think the last one is the most important. No matter what good habits you decide to develop, you should try to keep them. Then you can have a life with success and happiness.

Many young people like eating chocolates. They are very delicious. Many people also know something about 3D technology(技术). And the 3D technology is changing our lives. Today I will tell you something about both of them.

A company 3d-prints(3D打印) all kinds of chocolates. These chocolates are colorful and healthy. They also have different shapes. Some are like bears, some are like dogs and others are like horses. But people can’t buy them in any supermarket at the moment.

The company is from Belgium. And it is a very famous company. Because the chocolates are hard to transport(运送), the company wants to open lots of shops around the world.

I believe we will be able to eat chocolates made by 3D printers in the future.

It was another day to jump rope in gym class. Lynn and Mike turned the long rope in big, slow circles. The whole class hurried to get in line to wait for their turn to jump. Millie stood at the back of the line and frowned.

       Nick went first. He watched the rope and ran in at just the right time. Everyone counted. He made it all the way to 30 jumps. One after another, the kids watched the rope, ran in, and jumped. Then it was Millie’s turn. She watched the rope go around and around, but she didn’t move. She felt like everyone was looking at her.

       Millie’s friends cheered. “Go, Millie, go!”

       Millie’s face turned red. At last, she gave it a try, but she failed.

       The truth was that Millie had been jumping rope at home every day. With a short rope, she could jump 100 times without missing. She just didn’t know how to run in and start jumping with a long rope. Since she was the only kid on her street, there was no one to help turn the long rope.

       Just then, Ms Miles, the gym teacher, brought out a bunch of short jump ropes.

       "Letˈs see how long each one of you can jump without missing," she said as she gave each student a short rope, "Ready, set. Go!"

       Millie smiled for the first time ever in gym class. As she jumped, she sang rhymes quietly to herself.

       After a while, Millie realized that everyone was cheering, "Go, Millie, go!"

       She was the only one still jumping rope! The surprise almost made her miss a step, but she kept going. When at last she was too tired to go on, she stopped. The whole class cheered. Everyone was looking at her and smiling. Millie smiled back!

  The class in America is almost the same as that in China. But something is different.

    1 In America, if the teacher asks you a question but you don't understand, you should put up your hand and ask the teacher to repeat it. If you don't know the answer, it is all right to tell the teacher that you don't know. Then he or she knows what you need to do.

    2 You mustn't be absent on a test day. If you are seriously ill, call and let the teacher know you will not be there for the test. If your teacher allows you a make-up test（补考）, you should take the test in one or two days after you go back to school.

    3 Be on time! It is impossible to be late. If you come in late, be sure to do it quietly. Take your books out of your bag after you enter the room. Then go to your seat and sit down quietly. In the US, you needn't knock before you come into the classroom.

    4 If yon have to leave during the class, do it quietly, too. There's no need to ask for the teacher's agreement.

    There is an old castle (城堡)in my neighborhood. There is a fiver in front of the castle. But mere isnˈt any water in the fiver now. There s a big park near the castle. It is my favorite place.
