“The Chinese Dream”is a hot topic of this year. Many Chinese young people are inspired by the Chinese Dream.Everyone has their own dreams. They give us courage and confidence to keep us going through difficulties. Here are some advice on how to realize our beautiful dreams.

Never giving up is the key to make our dreams come true.We may fail from time to time, but we can learn from failure, correct our mistakes and try again until we achieve our goals. Our life is like a long journey which is not all roses.  It   sometimes has wind and rain.We believe rainbows will appear after storms.

Cooperation is also necessary.Everyone likes a person who is good at cooperating with others.Besides,in our society most problems can’t be solved by one person alone.Cooperation is becoming one of the most important ways for people living in the developing society.

At the same time,we should learn to examine our abilities because it helps us know our advantages and disadvantages as well as get a full control of ourselves. Then we may be confident enough to face challenges.

Follow the suggestions above, and our dreams are sure to come true.

Several years ago a heavy rain hit a town and made the river go up. When the rain stopped, people found that a dog swam to an island in the river twice a day for tow weeks. Why did she do so? Her four children were there. The mother swam there every day to feed her babies. This true story moved many people.
Another story is about chimpanzees(猩猩). A scientist named Jane Goodall spent 14 years living with chimpanzees in Africa. She found that chimpanzees also cared for those that were hurt or got lost. “It is not only humans who have duties, animals also do.” she said.
Two birds in Chengdu also showed their parental(父母的) love. Their baby was hurt and fell on the street in the center of the city. Cars were driving past but the brave parents rushed down to the road and took the little bird away with their claws(爪子).

“I will think of it.” It is easy to say this, but do you know what great things have come from thinking? Though we can not see, or hear, or feel our thoughts, they have great power!

Sir Isaac Newton was sitting in his garden when he saw an apple fall from a tree. He began to think and tried to find out why the apple fell. Then he discovered how the sun, moon, and stars are kept in their places.

A boy named James Watt sat quietly by the fire, watching the lid of the kettle move up and down. He wanted to find out why the steam in the kettle moved the lid. From that time he went on thinking and thinking. And when he became a man, he improved the steam engine (蒸汽机) so much that it could easily do the work of many horses.

James Ferguson was a poor boy. Once, seeing the inside of a watch, he wondered. “Why should I not make a watch?” But how could he get the materials to make the mainspring (钟表的主发条)? He soon found he could make it with whalebone (鲸骨). He then made a wooden clock which kept good time. His motto (座右铭) was “I will think of it.” And he made his thoughts useful to himself and the world.

Boys and girls, when you have a difficult lesson to learn, don’t lose heart, and don’t ask someone for help before helping yourselves. Ideas come at any time, and the important thing is to think. Think, and by thinking you will learn how to think creatively.

Think of life as a game in which you are playing with five balls in the air. You name them work, family, health, friends and spirit and you keep all of them in the air. You will soon understand thatwork is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will jump back.

But the other four balls, family, health, friends and spirit are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be broken. They will never be the same. You must understand that and try to have the balance in your life. But how?

Don’t look down on your worth by comparing yourself with others. It is because we are different and each of us is special.

Don’t let other people set goals for you. Only you know what is best for yourself.

Don’t give up when you still have something to give. Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying.

Don’t be afraid of difficulties. We learn how to be brave by taking chances.

Don’t shut love out of your life by saying it’s impossible. The quickest way to receive love is to give it; the fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly; the best way to keep love is to give it wings.

Don’t run through life so fast that you forget not only where you’ve been, but also where you are going.

Don’t be afraid to learn. Knowledge is a treasure, you can always carry easily.

Don’t use time or words carelessly. You can’t get them back. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift; that’s why we call it “the present”. Life is not a competition, but a trip, step by step.

Getting into the habit of giving and receiving helps build good relationships. It makes us feel more care. It stops stress from building because we know someone else is thinking about us. And if there is a problem, we're sharing it before it gets too big. It just feels great to help.

Try these small things at home, and see how they make you feel:

▲ Help your little brother or sister with a homework problem.

▲ Help your morn prepare dinner.

▲ Help your dad carry living goods (物品).

▲ Offer to do a chore that's not usually yours.

There's more to it than just feeling good: kindness is contagious (有感染力的). It can create more kindness, so you might start to notice your friends reaching out to help more.

Just don't fall into the trap (陷阱) of expectation. If we help out only because we expect other persons to do something in return (回报), we will probably end up feeling disappointed and angry instead of feeling satisfied and happy. So decide to help simply because of the helpful feelings it creates. Then, when someone else does something nice for you, it's a wonderful surprise.

Giving and receiving is one of the most basic friendship skills. With a good network (关系网) of supportive people, we are less stressed. We feel loved and understood, so we're better able to solve problems, bounce (弹) back from disappointments and try again.
