     With the Internet is developing fast, more and more new words and phrases have been created in Chinese. Here are some examples.

One of the most popular words are Dianzan, which is often used when you quite approve for someone. Another example is Renxing. When we say somebody is Renxing, you mean that they will do whatever they like. The phrase Miaosha first comes from online shopping, which means you can complete your shopping orders before other. But now it's wide used when you achieve your purpose in the very short time. If you will describe somebody as a Tuhao, you mean he is very rich.

     You can find lots of such new Chinese words. Keep learning, you'll know more about our language and culture.

Last week our teacher announced that a Chinese Character Dictation Competition will be held in our school. Many of us hoped to take part, so only one competitor was allowed for each class. Luckily, I got a chance.

In the following days, I busied myself prepare for the competition. My classmates all volunteered help me. As the competition was approaching, I felt more and more confidently. The day finally came. Some characters were such challenging that many of the competitors got stuck while I was able to write down all of them and had won first prize.

When I was standing excitedly on the stage, pictures of my classmates helping and encouraging me flashed into my minds. The victory and honor belonged with all of us.

Today my classmate and I went to a farm for a trip. I get up at six o’ clock and we set off by bus. On the bus, some of us sang, and some of us talked. We all had good time. Two hours late, we arrived at the gate of the farm, that the farmers were waiting to give us a warm welcome. After we were shown around the big farm, they began to plant trees. It was really a good way to getting close to nature and protect the environment at the same time. Next , we had a picnic and it was great fun to eat on the open air. Li Hua is a senior three student who devote himself to his lessons every day. Last Saturday, as usual, he went to several courses. In the evening, he studies at home until deep into the night. He was too sleepy and tired that he couldn’t work effectively. In Sunday morning, Li Hua was about to study when his father came up and advised him to have a break. Soon they had good idea. They bought a kite which they liked it very much and then the family went to the suburbs where Li Hua enjoyed himself fly the kite. The family had a picnic together but felt very relaxed in the open air. On Monday, Li Hua was energetic and actively in class. He said it was only why he had a better weekend.
