              Green Convenience Stores

              Could it be an eco-friendly convenience store? Imagine  (1)   (walk) or driving a few miles away from your home to pick up a few essential items like tea, organic snacks and other healthy treats.  (2)  organic sections in grocery stores are convenient, traditional gasoline stations and convenience stores don't provide much for eco-conscious and health conscious individuals.               Inspiration for this type of store came from the minds of co-owners, Bruce Bagelman and Alvaro Garza. Bagelman owned a Volkswagen that ran on diesel (柴油), and he found it challenging to find a gasoline station that sold biodiesel,   (5)  he and Garza, former Smoothie Factory shop owner, collaborated and created Green Spot.

              Food is a very important and necessary part of our lives.

                  We eat food because we need it to live. It gives us the nutrients that we need for our bodies to grow.  (1)  If we are happy, we eat; if we are sad, we eat; boredom, depression, and loneliness are other reasons that we eat.  (2)  Whefi we have friends or family over, we usually have Some form of food to offer them, whether it is a light snack or a full meal.
