The running of the bulls is a nine-day traditional Spanish festival  in honor of Saint Fermin in Pamplona. Every year, at midday on July 6th ,the Mayor of Pamplona shoots a rocket. ____(1)____ The participants are usually dressed in white and wear red neckchiefs and belts. They open champagne mostly used for sprinkling（撒）other people.

_____(2)____ It starts every day at eight in the morning and the runners run, sometimes wildly, sometimes less. As a sign that the run has begun they shoot the first rocket. Then they shoot the second one when the bulls are out in the streets. Six bulls which are trying to attack the participants from behind run down the 900-meter-long street to the bullring(斗牛场) with a lot of spectators. _____(3)____ All of the six bulls are going to be killed at the bullfight in the stadium.

The bullfight in the stadium begins at half past six in the afternoon. First, there comes the first bull. There is also a person called “picador”. _____(4)___ That makes the bull very wild and it starts to run all over the stadium. Later when the bull is tired, there comes another person----a “matador” who kills it with an arrow. _____(5)____ At the end of the celebration, another rocket is shot as a sign that the bullfight is finished.

Many people mistakenly believe that we are born with a sense of humour. They think that when it comes to a sense of humour. “either you have got it or you don't . ” This is false! What is true, however, is that the ability to laugh and smile is actually something we are born with. For example, we laugh when we are tickled under the arm, even without thinking about how to react.

The parts of the brain and central nervous system that control laughing and smiling are mature at birth in human infants, but that is not the same thing as having a sense of humour. (After all, when a baby laughs in his small bed we don’t rush over and say, “That kid has a great sense of humour!”) Your sense of humour is something you can develop over a lifetime. Don’t be nervous before others and try to laugh at yourself-then you will make them laugh too.

That is to say, when each person’s work depends significantly on what someone else is doing at the same moment, like in a sports team, there is an ongoing heavy exchange of information in real time, and the tasks have to go through a strict order within a short time.

Not everyone can perform well in a virtual team environment.   (4)   Another important quality is communication skills. The team members must be able to communicate clearly and positively.

Managers of virtual teams need to pay much more attention to having clear goals, performance standards, and communication rules. People have various assumptions (猜想) on what to expect from each other.   (5)  

One of the biggest challenges of virtual teams is building trust between the team members. Trust is important for unblocking communication between members and increasing motivation of each person in the team. The issue of trust needs special attention at any stage of team existence.
