The Amber Room was designed a fancy style and was decorating with gold and jewels. It takes the best artists about 10 years to finish it. It was first made by Frederick William I, he used it as his palace. In 1716, Frederick William I gave them to Peter the Great, and it became a gift. The Amber Room became part of Czar’s winter palace, and then served as a small reception hall. Later, Catherine II added more details to it, making it more beautiful. However, in 1941, when Russia and German were at the war, it was stolen by Nazis after it was removed to other places. After that, what happened to it remains a mystery. Recently, the Russians and the Germans had built a new one by studying old photo of the former Amber Room.

I have been interesting in performing since my childhood. I have also read most of Shakespeare’s plays, that fascinate me greatly. Today we had the honor of inviting Professor Hudson, a foreign teacher from Hunan Normal University, to give us an English lesson. All of us were deeply impressing by the unforgettable English lessons. The professor began the class as a fairy tale, which attracts our attention at once.
