Last week our teacher announced that a Chinese Character Dictation Competition will be held in our school. Many of us hoped to take part, so only one competitor was allowed for each class. Luckily, I got a chance.

In the following days, I busied myself prepare for the competition. My classmates all volunteered help me. As the competition was approaching, I felt more and more confidently. The day finally came. Some characters were such challenging that many of the competitors got stuck while I was able to write down all of them and had won first prize.

      I am a student, I have some complaints to make about a poor service of your bookstore.

Last weekend, my mother and I went to shoe shop to buy a pair of new shoe for me. When we got there, I noticed a foreign lady talk to a salesgirl. When I first learn to write in English, I ran into much difficulties. Today my classmate and I went to a farm for a trip. I get up at six o’ clock and we set off by bus. On the bus, some of us sang, and some of us talked. We all had good time. Li Hua is a senior three student who devote himself to his lessons every day. Last Saturday, as usual, he went to several courses. In the evening, he studies at home until deep into the night. He was too sleepy and tired that he couldn’t work effectively. In Sunday morning, Li Hua was about to study when his father came up and advised him to have a break. Soon they had good idea. They bought a kite which they liked it very much and then the family went to the suburbs where Li Hua enjoyed himself fly the kite.
