                  Two-thirds of all Bats are insect-eaters， each consuming thousands of insects at one night． Ocher Bats eat fruit， apart from three blood-eating species， several types which feed on fish， and some bats that even eat other bats． Bats' teeth are sharp in order to bite through insects or fruit skins．
                  Most Bats hunt from dark until dawn， using high-pitched（尖的）sound to locate insects． They listen and fly quickly and suddenly downwards， seizing the insects with their feet． They can hunt in complete darkness using these echo-location calls； the echoes（回声）produce a sound picture of their immediate surroundings． Young children can often hear bats calling， as their ears are sensitive to such sound levels．
                  Bats need our help as some species are now endangered． The mouse-eared bat was even enough to be extinct until one was recently discovered hanging upside down in an old railway tunnel． A mother bat produce only one baby bat or "pup" each year， where predators（食肉动物）， spoiled habitat and sensitivity to climate change all lower the rate of survival．
                  Bats are now protected by law． Protection groups watch bat behavior and habitat， and bat sightings are reported by volunteers to help gather information． These protection groups produce leaflets（传单）about bat boxes and bat care， designed to promote public awareness．

                  Going mil for shopping together is a good bonding idea too． It is not essential that lots of money should be spent on shopping． The mother can take the daughter to some shops where she can buy her uniform or some other things． They can jointly enjoy window shopping， expressing love for and gratitude to the other．
