已知关于\(x\)的不等式\(|\)\(x\)\(-3|+|\)\(x\)\(-\)\(m\)\(|\geqslant 2\)\(m\)的解集为\(R\).
\((\)Ⅰ\()\)求\(m\)的最大值;
\((\)Ⅱ\()\)已知\(a\)\( > 0\),\(b\)\( > 0\),\(c\)\( > 0\),且\(a\)\(+\)\(b\)\(+\)\(c\)\(=\)\(m\),求\(4\)\(a\)\({\,\!}^{2}\)\(+9\)\(b\)\({\,\!}^{2}\)\(+\)\(c\)\({\,\!}^{2}\)的最小值及此时\(a\),\(b\),\(c\)的值.
